1. Measurements.
Any and all measurements are width first and length second.

2. Colors.
All colors chosen are subject to dye lot variation.
|
3. Cancellations.
Except for stock merchandise, merchandise ordered cannot be
cancelled once production has begun (unless otherwise specified). Generally
production begins the day that the order is placed.
|
4. Suitability.
Buyer has made all decisions concerning the selection, color
and style of merchandise purchased.
|
5. Delivery.
Seller has given Buyer Seller's best estimate of the
delivery time for this order. Factory production schedules may change without
notice. Therefore delivery time is an estimate and merchandise may not be
available on the date estimated.

6. Inspection.
Buyer must inspect the merchandise upon delivery or pick-up.
Buyer must make any claims for damage at that time.
|
7. Price.
The price does not include delivery (other than to the store
purchased from), setup, assembly, unpacking or installation, unless so stated.
|
8. Returns.
Only items sold from stock may be returned (unless otherwise
specified). These items may be returned for an exchange or a full refund if
they are returned within 30 days of purchase in the original, undamaged
container, in like new condition and accompanied by a receipt.

9. Delivery and Payment.
Buyer will accept delivery of or pick-up the merchandise and
make final payment (if any) within 10 days following notice that the merchandise
is available for pick-up or delivery. Failure to do so will result in storage
charges of $1 per day per item and a late charge of 10% per month on the past
due amount.

10. Acceptance.
The order is taken by a salesperson and is subject to
acceptance by the Seller.
|
11. Security Interest.
Buyer grants Seller a security interest in the merchandise
to secure Buyer's obligation to pay the agreed purchase price. Seller will have
all of the rights of a secured party under the California Commercial Code.

12. Fees and Expenses.
Buyer will pay all of Seller's fees and expenses, including
reasonable attorney's fees, that Seller incurs in enforcing its rights.
|
13. Other Expenses.
Buyer will pay to Seller $50 to compensate Seller for time
and travel involved in the event Seller has to go to Small Claims Court to
enforce Seller's rights under this contract and Seller prevails in court.

14. Return Charge.
If a check or credit card charge is returned, Buyer will pay
Seller the amount charged to Seller by its bank or the credit card company, but
not less than $5.
|
15. Limited Lifetime Warranty.
3 Day Blinds, Inc. extends the following limited warranty:
3 Day blinds, Inc. will repair or replace any part of the
blind found to be defective in materials or workmanship at no cost to you.
This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser
of the blinds. There is no time limit to our warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by improper
installation, alteration, abuse, misuse or exposure to excess moisture. This
warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as the natural deterioration
of fabric and changes in color that take place over time. This warranty does
not cover products that exceed 3 Day Blinds' size recommendations.
To obtain service, bring the product(s) in question to any 3
Day Blinds store with this warranty and your purchase invoice.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
